WCMHA Registration for the 2022-23 season is now Open!

Welcome to the West Carleton Minor Hockey Association (WCMHA).

Hockey Canada is strict about playing in your own neighborhood. Please check to ensure you are registering with the right association using the HEO Address Lookup Tool:

For the 2022-2023 season, the executive is looking for a return to a normal and full year of hockey.  We know that COVID has been hard on our children, and we would like to drive some normalcy back into our lives.  As such, we are committed to holding the fees from the 2021-2022 with one small adjustment.  In the past we have run a pilot program, pushing the use of e-transfer for fee payment and we have reduced fees to offset credit card transaction and processing fees.  This system has not been easy to manage and until we have an automation link, we would prefer to deal with credit card transactions.  We will still offer e-transfer payments, but these will require full payment and there is no reduced fee.

We offer both House and Competitive programs.  Players who want to play either House or Competitive must first register with the WCMHA.

HCR 3.0 is Hockey Canada’s universal platform for managing all Hockey Canada participant registration.  There have been many changes to the HCR since last year, with more options to better serve you and improve the customer experience and access to information:

  • Self management of profile information as we would kindly ask that you confirm all information on your profile that might be flagged and requested on sign in.

  • Ability to create address changes with supporting documentation, which is then verified by WCMHA registration team via automated system alerts.

  • Ability to self register new participants, which is encouraged.

  • Signing of waivers is critical.  If waivers are not signed, a player will not be able to be rostered to a team.
