WCMHA Registration for the 2023-24 season is now Open!

 

Welcome to the West Carleton Minor Hockey Association (WCMHA).

 

Hockey Canada is strict about playing in your own neighbourhood. Please check to ensure you are registering with the right association using the HEO Address Lookup Tool: http://maps.hockeyeasternontario.ca/

 

We offer both House and Competitive programs.  Players who want to play either House or Competitive must first register with the WCMHA.

REGISTRATION FEES – WCMHA 2023/2024 SEASON

​

If your child is trying out for OVSS, OVT please pay the $25 admin fee only.  There is a specific option online that allows you to pay this amount for these specific tryouts only. (This does not include those trying out for the WCMHA Crusaders Rep B or Warriors House A).

*No early bird discount for U21 at this point but we ask that you sign up early, to allow us to report numbers into LCMHL in hopes of returning to a league game play model for the upcoming season.

**Early bird registration rates are in play to encourage timely registration, to report to LCMHL and B League our team numbers and then measure them against our ice allocations.  We ask that you sign up early, so we can plan for a successful year of hockey! 

​

***Base registration will close at 11:59PM on September 1, 2023, for most levels.  Some exceptions will apply.

ADDITIONAL RATES AND NOTES: 

​

• Crusader Tryout Fees are set at $160.00, and we are going with reversible jerseys this year for tryouts.  Crusader Top up Fees are $699.00 and are only paid once the team is formed.

• House A Tryout Fee is $40.00.  Tryout jerseys are returned at the end of tryout sessions.

• If trying out at Crusaders Rep B or Warriors House A, you must have paid both your base registration and tryout fees to be allowed on the ice.

• Please note registration fees above do not include team fees.  Each player will be asked to pay an additional team fee of up to $250.00 for house league and $400.00 for Crusader Rep B once the teams are formed. 

• To qualify for the "early bird rate", payment MUST be received and fully paid by August 15th at 11:59PM for online or e-transfer (payments after this date will be at the regular rate).

• If you are sending an e-transfer, only one payment (for all players) is required for families with more than one player.

• Multi-player discount applied on third child registered will be for $150 against base registration, any additional player after 3rd will receive a $50.00 reduction.

 

PAYMENT CHOICES:

1. Credit Card

• Visa or Mastercard will be available when completing registration.

• Installment payments are offered on base registration and Crusader Top up Fees.

  • First installment is 50% with two remaining payments for balance.

• Base registration payments will be Oct 30th and November 30th.

• For Crusader Top up Fees, this will need to be submitted within one week of the team forming and if on installments plan, second payment will be November 15th and second payment on December 15th.

• Failure to make installment payments on time may result in suspension from the team until payments are resolved.

 

2. E-Transfer

• Payment in Full only, no installment system for this method of payment.

• After completing registration online via the Hockey Canada Portal send an e-transfer for full registration amount to payments@wcmha.ca 

• Please enter the invoice number from the registration site along with the player's name in the comments section.  If multiple players, please list all details. 

• Please note that while registering, you will be signing a waiver acknowledging that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of WCMHA Refund Policy for the 2023/2024 season.
