PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the 2021-2022 hockey season:

Pre-Register for the upcoming 2021-2022 Season is open only for those who reside in the West Carleton Minor Hockey Association (WCMHA) boundaries.  Please confirm your address is within the WCMHA boundary before registering by checking the following link: http://maps.heominor.ca/

We are pleased to announce that through the guidance of HEO, WCMHA is moving forward with their plans for a return to traditional hockey in the fall.  However, in light of the ongoing pandemic and the continued uncertainty of the season details, we are asking families to register their players and pay a non-refundable $25 per child fee as an expression of interest for the upcoming season.  Once WCHMA has a clearer picture of what registration numbers will look like for the upcoming season, we will be able to set a formal fee and payment structure for your child’s return to the ice.  Our goal as an executive is to drive cost controls while developing excellent programming, but this is all determined by this expression of interest on the part of you and your children!  We are committed to getting you back to the ice, with safe and effective programming so please help us with our goals by showing us your commitment promptly.

For this one-time $25 fee, an e-transfer is required for payment (should you choose to play hockey in West Carleton this fall, this $25 will be deducted from your registration fee):

• For all other families interested in registering for minor hockey within WCMHA, please send your $25 e-transfer to payments@wcmha.ca no later than August 8, 2021

• When pre-registering, the portal has been revised by HEO therefore you will need to create a new account.  Once that step has been completed, you can link your child (participant) to the new account by searching by their name, birthdate and or their hockey ID.  (Reminder please see above PDF document on how to create a new account and register). 

  • ​If you have more than one child playing hockey this season, you must register each child separately, however you can simply add to your cart and do not have to log out and log back in.

  • This new 3.0 registration is a welcome change as you will find it much more user friendly.

• In the comments/message section record your child’s surname and given name as well as the invoice # that is generated confirming your pre-registration package.

• For future payments, you will have the option to pay via credit card however, there will be a small transaction fee associated with the use of this method.

The WCMHA.ca website will be undergoing an overhaul throughout the summer months and will be looking to relaunch our new site in August 2021.   During this maintenance time the website will only be available in a minimal capacity, therefore we encourage you to stay up to date via our various social media platforms.
